I spoke to the lady by the name of Calen or something from accounts department P.E. I waited Foever and she promised to call me BACK, after an hour of waiting and I decided to call back. A simple request my account with my balance to settle, she couldn't help, or return my call after holding minutes with my airtime.Very incompetent and unprofessional.
