I have more tha 3 months logged a claim with FSP and it havent been finilised yet my car is a write off and i still have to payee insurance and bank finance. Their service is poor in such a way that im loosing hope that they will ever resolve my claim.

Worst Service Ever! Do not sign up because if you want to claim you cant get hold of them and the same if you want to cancel

Hi. I have been testing the emergency number for a few days now and all the available numbers seems to be offline after hours. Coincidentally I needed assistance yesterday afternoon and FSP SOLUTIONS EMERGENCY NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. I do not think FSP SOLUTIONS is actually living up to what I am paying for. Everytime I call, I get told they are still working from home.. is this a cause for concern?? Yes, why does the emergency numbers and all other number not operational after hours? Does FSP SOLUTIONS still offer roadside assistance and everything else as per the glorified brochure?

The lady who assisted me was not friendly at all and her English wasn’t very good. Very disappointing for a large company.

I dealt with a lady named Neo Leshoalo. Her service was friendly and impeccable. I can't believe she got through the whole insurance agreement without 1 pronunciation mistake. Not even I could do that as an English citizen. Very impressed by her professionalism and demeanor.

My Fiance' called in yesterday to cancel his contract, because he sold his car and sees no reason as to why he still needs to keep insurance on his name. He got the worst customer service experience from the agent to a point where she just decided to stop speaking to him and he kept on saying hello but she just never spoke. It's super disgusting that just because he left she decided to treat him that way.... I am beyond upset and she never even said her name clearly so he could not even tell me her name. Please do better and train your call center staff better customer service and people skills. But after all he told her she just dropped the line.

I have unsubcribed to their messages countless times by replying NO" or "OPTOUT". Every time I speak to an agent I ask to be removed from all lists. Still I keep on receiving promotional messages. I tried to phone them to ask that they remove me but they are not answering my calls. This is illegal!"

I was involved in the car accident two weeks back I was contacted buy fsp solutions consultant to take my car for assessment since then I am the one who is always making contact with them to check the status or progress they didn't bother to update or call if the is delays or investigation every time I called them the is a different story from different consultant I have been with them for 3years now first time I logged a claim but they service is ver poor till today my car is still not fixed
