Very Racist!!! I went there now in 2022 to discuss issues around my Alarm system which was not working for some time and the lady there screamed at me, I was really shocked! Im still shocked! That was very unprofessional, unnecessary and uncalled for, she didn’t even give me a chance to stare my case, she jumped in as I began explaining to the other lady.I picked up that Galvin owners undermine black people, that lady couldn’t help herself! They have a very racist approach towards blacks in comparison to their white clients. They always treat their white clients much better than they do their African Clients and that is uncalled for, that behavior should not be tolerated in 2022 or any other year for that matter. I don't take kindly to oppression and being spoken to like I'm inhuman! I have really been treated poorly by these guys, most black clients around the Area experience similar treatment in comparison with other races. they don't treat their white clients as disrespectful as that. The gentlemen's that calls to check if everything is fine at the house are really professional and kind! I would like to single him out as this is not about him at all
