I have experienced a horrible service in this salon. I would never recommend it even to a dead enemy if I had one.1. You explain what you want and they simple do a opposite of that convincing you that they know.2. Customer service is bad as they will pause and be busy on their phones or watch movies while customers are there.3. You come to give feedback of the products they are using, they just on a defensive mode and will not address the matter at hand.4. If you want to do your nails, DO NOT EVER EVER try with this salon. I'd recommend sobert at Glen village.5.They justify the expensive prices they pay by benchmarking themselves with shops round the area that have good customer care and service.6. I did Gelish nails on Friday by Sunday they were coming out and unfortunately I was out of town.7. Thursday back in town, i take my time to report the matter. The feedback i got unfortunately it is what it is.8. I must say that there is a lady who is frustrated with the products that burn the customers and the bosses are just turning a blind eye on it.

Very poor service and treatment!We were treated horribly here. My baby daughter cried the whole time. We waited 6 hours to be serviced.Then when we complained and asked for the price to be reduced the entire staff shoved us out the door.

Came for my nails.
