Sold me a trashy Lawnmower that had to be repaired every other week. Then orders the wrong repair parts for my model. When I returned and corrected them on the part they refused to accept the wrong part stating that I made the mistake, even though, I brought the model in for them to validate which part it needed. They are all nice and friendly to sell you their junk, but trust me go to another shop because they won't help you once you bought it.

I had a problem with my petrol lawnmower and phoned in to ask if someone can assist...Riaan, very friendly responded to say that he would be able to assist if I bring it in this afternoon.Riaan had a check and within a few minutes he found some issues and replaced what needed to be replaced.Riaan was great! Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing!This was an excellent experience for me at Mowtown....well done and thank you Riaan!!

Highly recommended for professional service and good prices. On point and sterling after sales support on how to DIY fit and adjust a replacement engine on industrial mower.Most impressed: I also bought and fitted an adaptor/disk/blade set that unfortunately failed/broke after a few hours of use and almost caused serious injury. Horrified by the incident, I returned it and after pointing out what I believe to be a design flaw of the adaptor/disk/blade set, I was refunded in full.
