There is nothing like the Thai Fitness experience!!! Excellent qualified coaching, Muay Thai and TacFit changed my life, health and fitness, I am a better me because of Thai Fitness, Never has my fitness journey been this rewarding. I can honestly recommend this to everyone. Forget gymming this is the way to go. And with all on offer and the friendliness and quality of the coaches, you can not go wrong with Thai Fitness.

My experience at Thai Fitness was nothing short of amazing. There is a very strong focus on teaching you techniques that will transform you into a lethal weapon. I’m confident in knowing that I can defend myself if ever need be. If you’d like to compete they can also fully prepare you to win a fight. This is also an awesome activity to do with your friends. The workout is also amazing, made me sweat more than any treadmill session every.

Always fantastic to train here! Super clean, under current Covid19 Regulations they strictly adhere to sanitary requirements and social distancing. Safe friendly training environment. Good for all ages and levels of training with proper Kru's and coaches in respective categories of training available. Staff always friendly and will always help you with any challenges you may face.
