The station is situated in western side of town. All services are housed at this station such as community services, detectives , forensic and fire arm license renewals. Adjacent the station is court and correctional department and funeral parlour.

The teller points are never empty. The security guards assist to call out the number if you didnt hear it. No matter how many people you find before you the queue is FAST. I was impressed❤

Wednesday - got there at 8.00 (open 9am), short queue. For updating details. Have ID and certified copy. Proof of residence e.g. Municipal account, bank statement with bank stamp. Postal address. If for tax add IRP5, proof of all income etc. Quick, professional and friendly service. NB each person must get OWN queue number even couple's.

I guess it's the same story as with any sars. Their all just ok. Who will ever enjoy unwillingly sharing" their hard earned money with an entity. As for the service

Well typically, you will do the waiting in a que but it can be done. The division of service distribution is fair.
