These guys do not prioritise customer service for remote customers. It might be different if you deal with them in person but our dealings in both cases were via telephone and e-mail and it was not a pleasant experience in either case and it cost us money as a result. They do not own up to mistakes when they supply incorrectly and do not keep to their commitment to deliver and the person we dealt with could not be bothered to check up that it is done. They supply what they have in stock instead of what you ordered leaving you to deal with the issues. If it was an off day and an innocent mistake one would understand but to have to deal with the bad attitude of their representative as if we were at fault leaves a very bad taste in one's mouth. I don't see why we have to follow up repeatedly to get the most basic of things done. We are used to much better service from Luft's competitors so we will not make use of Luft Industries again. To their credit, the lady that answers the phone is very friendly.

I got really good and friendly service from the staff. The receptionist on the phone is very professional and friendly as well the rest of the team. I appreciated how they made me feel valued and welcome as a customer.

Experts in their own field and leaders too. In their field they carry a range that will excite users of their products. They ha e a huge warehouse with an extensive range. They also practice Covid protocols in the interest of the consumer.
