The staff are really efficient and friendly. Over lunch time the food smell is sometime overpowering - almost like the extractor is not working. But generally food is good.

Love their princess wrap and C Breeze smoothie.This branch was so nice when i phoned to order ahead. I literally just stopped to pay and collect. Great service.

What a wonderful experience at this Kauai. I was greeted with a smile by Zandy and my order was taken efficiently. I dined in for lunch and my order was out within 5 minutes. The branch is spotless and food preparation areas are super neat. All the staff members are friendly and it is evident that they enjoy their job. Well done guys! I will definitely visit again. Thanks for making a tired mom’s day.

Not so pleasant customer service from one of the employees who suggested me to greet her before placing my order with her. Felt very belittled when she responded to me after trying to place my order.But I mainly think that she was upset because of customers walking over her wet floor which she should not be because the floor can always be cleaned again where customers would not want to return again.

Not all Kauai's are equal. This branch is the best in the Cape! Everything just seems so much fresher, more generous and the staff is kind and so friendly! Only one gripe ... PLEASE BRING BACK THE THAI CRUNCH!!
