Finally took my VW Polo to Auto Pitstop after 3 previous mechanics worked on it, trying to diagnose and failing to repair a knocking noise on the suspension. The experience was distinctly different to not just other workshops, but even other JHB business in general because Kevin, Ashley and Sharitha pride themselves on sincere customer service. They ensured that I was always comfortable while I opted to be onsite during the repair of my vehicle. From a workmanship perspective, Auto Pitstop checked my suspension from bumper to bumper, gave me a comprehensive diagnosis and fair quotation for the repair. They back their reputation, and happily rechecked the vehicle when I had a few queries following the repair to give me peace of mind. It’s been about 2-3 weeks since the vehicle was complete and it’s running perfectly for the first time in years. I’m an Alfa Romeo fan, and Auto Pitstop are Alfa experts, but they clearly seem to be experts on all makes and models of vehicles. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive repairs if you want to get the job done right the first time around.

A big thanks to Ashley and Thiren from Autopitstop, 2 mechanics previously messed up a cambelt service, it was sorted with Ashley within a day, and Thiren sorted out my blue and me system issues.
