Good work, friendly staff, but ridiculous call out fee, not even 10min busy and charge their ridiculous call out fee

The plumbers coming out are not the problem. The administration side is problematic. Unprofessional, defensive and not customer service orientated. My geyser problem not solved and they refused to resend the plumbers the following day. They submitted a claim to the insurance AFTER they knew my geyser was not fixed.
