Nothing towards this particular store, my review is actually towards the online store side. Ordered online for the first time and I got the wrong thing. Ordered a Blue Food Dispensing Bowl, and got a Pink Water Dispensing bowl... and of course can't get a hold of anyone to rectify the matter. Also not allowed to exchange it at my nearest store, tried it.

Has great pet items from food to bedding to cages.But prices are steep and there’s not enough staff on the floor to assist with queries.

Simply love this store they always happy to help staff knowledgeable and upfront what works and what doesn't love the fact they take budget facility for cards as buying bulk is costly when out of stock they actually make the effort to call you when products arrive well done love this place

Never have stock, always same story. We are getting stock today or tomorrow. You get there.... Still nothing. 2 weeks later, still the same story. Trying to phone them.... Calls end.... Coupons they give are expired.
