I was in desperate need of a plumber last Sunday and SBB was the first to respond to my call out of the 26 other plumbers I phoned. Even though it was 21h00 on a Sunday night, I was called back and telephonic advice was given in order to alleviate the predicament I was in. Thank you Sean, you were absolutely amazing and thanks to you, I could actually sleep on Sunday eve! Superb customer service and a lot of patience dealing with a woman so stressed that she can't even speak. Thank you once again!
