The manager really impressed me when I was unhappy with a bamboo mattress I bought there. Basil went beyond the call of duty to ensure it was sorted and we selected a mattress that was right for us. They collected mine and replaced it in one day

Great deals, some staff are amazing and others are... Just there. The internal process of purchasing is a real pain and one the biggest reasons people don't buy there.It takes ages to collect your purchase and you're passed from one person to another.

Great range of quality furniture. Friendly, helpful staff and efficient sales process. One of my chairs didn't come with assembly instructions so a bit of trial and error but otherwise a fantastic experience!

I bought a few pieces of furniture which were delivered the next day. Although one piece was defective, it was replaced within a week after sourcing it from another branch. Compared to another popular, well -known company, this was excellent service. Retailers sometimes forget that not only their products, but also customer service, is paramount.

Reasonably priced furniture and lovely and beautiful designs. If you are struggling to find that piece of furniture that you have been looking for, you might find it here.I am happy I went there because I almost spent R19 000 for something that looks the same and that was listed for R3 000 rand.
