This is a pharmacy, if I am not sure of what's happening to myself that's never happened before and I come in to get advice or antibiotics...why do you disrespect me by laughing about my condition to your co-workers???I am coming to you because you studied medication where as I had no clue about it.Not impressed by the pharmacist assistants But great over the counter assistants.

Does anyone know which customers are entitled to respectful assistance from the management? After being unable to restock a product they previously provided I've received an assortment of unpleasant reception as well as being waved off whilst requesting assistance in selecting a viable alternative from their current offering. Another customer was also being treated quite dismissively whilst I was there. What shoddy and disappointing service provision

The worst service EVER! I too live in Beacon Bay and by the time I receive my script I'd be back home after traveling to Berea Pharmacy. 30 minutes wait for one box of pills.
