I bought a 2 head Ricoma Embroidery Machine from Casper in May 2019. The machine was giving persistant problems. Casper never hesitated to come and fix it. Today he replaced this machine with a brand new machine at no cost. I still cannot believe that a company in these days will honour their reputation by doing something like this. Therefore I can and will reccommend EMTEC and the RICOMA and SWF machines to anybody. Capser's aftersale service is EXCELLENT. He also serviced my single head RICOMA, TAJIMA and SWF and I am extremely happy. WELL DONE!!
