Best service ever in Kimberley, Dial a Bake delivery the best. I called at 4:45pm for same day delivery the cake was delivered at 5:18pm. The cake was fresh,Thank you so much, now I believe you deliver anywhere and the quality remains the same,fresh. Thank you so much. I forgot it was my father's birthday today and wow you made the day special.

The bake is fantastic. However human relations need to improve drastically. Unfriendly staff. Look at you but don't even greet. It seems as if the customer is doing them a favour.

Bought some stuff today. As I took one of the containers out the fridge, where the lid was not on properly, it fell, but still I had to pay, that's one way to chase customers away. I feel that it's unacceptable
