Today, I called Lannie's for assistance regarding an inaccurate business listing. I reached Marelise, and she was friendly and extremely helpful, even though I wasn't going to become a paying customer.With her help, I managed to resolve the problem within a couple of minutes.If this is the level of help one receives as a non-customer, I can only imagine how much help you'll get when you walk into Lannie's to buy boards.

Everything started off fairly good and turnaround time was fair, however the problem started when they had to make a delivery, on the day delivery is supposed to take place, we’re told that WE have to find OUR OWN “off-loaders/ Packers” mind you WE will be responsible for charges, this is after we made full payment of +55K and willing to make another +2K delivery fee, two weeks later, our load hasn’t been delivered and they’ll never be the first to communicate.We’ve shopped from Makro, Leroy etc at NO POINT will these stores call us and give us an ultimatum to tell us to find our own “delivery offloader” or we should just “su£k” it up!
