Please be aware of my current experience with this business and owner. I requested a repair to my tumble drier, for which he promptly arrived to look at. It couldn't be repaired on Site, for which it was taken back to his workshop. 2 weeks later, on my enquiry, I was told the tumble drier was not repairable, but that he had purchased spare parts and needed payment. On offer they replaced it with a second hand drier. The replacement did not work and the owner was informed as such, and I requested it be replaced with a functioning unit. Several attempts were made by us to accommodate the owners commitments to come and replace, to no avail. We then requested he refund the money, remove his defective replacement and return the original drier. Again after several requests and commitments from his side, he has failed. Last call for refund, his words are sue me
