Although there are a few rude start members there, there are some wonderful staff that makes one look forward to go shopping in here

If its products you want ,decent quality and affordability Mr Price Home has it. If you want service continue walking by. Never met such an ungrateful staff / host at the store entrance this morning. I asked why the bed sheet was R99 and now R399! She says no its not so i showed her the price tag and she realises that she is wrong now she walks away saying nothing to me and my wife goes to the cashier and discusses something comes back to the entrance and ignores us. I asked why she is ignorning me and she says nothing,we walked around the store walked out and felkt disgusted in this terrible handling of a customer request. I said i will go to @home where im sure ill find better service. You see a place is always great until the day that you require service then you very quickly realise in the space of 5 minutes who the manager is and who they employ. You guys are dragging Mr Prices name through the mud while other Mr Price stores they actually do try assisting. Oh did i mention that we werent even greeted !
