The Hair Design Studio... Sarnia

Deshni cut my hair and I noticed when she showed me the back of my hair in a mirror that it wasn't straight, she insisted thats the nape of my neck and it will be shorter in the middle. I asked her to cut my hair straight and was told it will always be shorter at the nape of the neck and that I am very irritating and I must leave. I have posted a pic, the one of the back of the hair with a white shirt and u can clearly see it is not cut straight. Yes I am fussy and if I see something doesn't look right should I not be able to ask as a customer for it to be corrected? I do have to say I have been there before and another lady named Glenda cut my hair and she was extremely professional and accommodating.
