Responded speedily and opened a toilet door lock that failed. BUT then dishonesty took over. Desmond convinced me he would replace the lock with a Cylinder Lock set and Cylinder. Charged R890 (R313.60 at Chamberlains) and he installed a 2nd hand Lock Set which did not work. He said he would return my money, but has blocked me and not returned the money. Do NOT use this guy!

Lock broke in my bathroom, called the company and Willie came out. Worked quickly to replace the lock and then didn't have a part of the lock so promised to come back. Then the problems started. Could not get him to come back, had to basically beg him to come back. This was after we paid for the job. He even went as far as to say it was not quoted for!!! Charged R400 for a lock that costs R200 at best. When he eventually came back, he did a really poor job with a poor attitude. To top if off, the door does not lock now, looks buchered. Definitely do not recommend

Insisted on payment via Capitec and refused to leave the apartment until payment had been received. No other bank was acceptable. Bordered on harrassment. Shocking.
