Good day.I would like to report a serious complain about one of your staff who verbally abuse me, call me a “stupid bitch” and I must go “fuck myself” just because I have access to my son who used to live full time with me till October last year and still come to visit me twice or 3 times a week.I’m very very disappointed by how unprofessional the lady security was. She came banging at my door at around 9pm yesterday night while we asleep to ask me why is my own son has access. This speaks volume about this security company and the staff as my son has been staying there but suddenly they don’t want him there.I’m the property owner there and her calling me names even though we have apologised was very unnecessary!!The worst part is she never even gave us the solution as to what should we do next time if my son wants to come over but instead she was very arrogant and kept saying “do you know who I’m”.She kept on escalating the situation instead of being professional and deescalating it. I’m appalled by this!!. I need answer and I need to know why was I being abused like that?. Why name calling?. Why screaming at us and kicking my door like that!. Very unprofessional and unnecessary!.This happened on the night of the 15th Sunday(yesterday )January 2023 at Kayalala Complex in Greenshank Avenue in Grobler Park. I have also contacted the Trustees as this is a very serious issues as no one deserves to be disrespected like that!.

Alarm tripped, only on second occasion they decided to call me. I requested to send someone out and no one arrived. Not even a follow up call to hear if I am okay.I tried contacting the owner and sales person as well. No responseEdit: after the initial writing the guard pitched up an hour later. Spoke to the sales guy and asked the owner to call. NOTHING.
