The quote from Tile Workx was accepted following a site inspection and confirmation of costs and timelines. Tile Workx arrived on the first day and, within the first few hours advised that the work would cost more than the quote, this was of course rejected. Tile Workx subsequently abandoned the site and repeated attempted to contact Dean Munsamy have been ignored. Tile Workx is not a professional or reliable service provider.

Punctuality was an initial concern with the team arriving much later than expected however, they were committed to still complete the work in one day as agreed, even if it meant working late.They actually finished sooner than expected. The tilers were quick and efficient, doing a very neat job.Happy with the work done.

Dean and his team are amazing at what they do. The work they did for me was done very quickly and to a very high standard. Dean takes pride in his work, which is not something I am used to these days.There is nothing is I can complain about. Deadlines were met and the work completed, exceeded my expectations. I recommend him over all others and will continue to do so.
