The new telephone answering and queuing system is pathetic .it tells you that you are 3rd in line and waiting time is 3 minutes, but you hold on for 12minutes and then the line cuts.

Excellent service and quality products. Recently had to buy a battery and some bulbs. Bulbs were super cheap, battery was a bit pricy but worth it. Staff are very clued up on their products as well.

I was helped by a lovely gentleman called Shaun (Sean?). His service was efficient and he was so helpful in advising me which parts. He kept me updated all the way through too. I would 100% use this Midas branch again.
