Popped in to get some mosaic materials. When the cashier rang them up she said that they seemed to be over-priced and consulted with the owner. A whole bunch of things got reduced by 20%. Just felt like good, honest, service. Always a pleasure to shop somewhere where you don't feel taken advantage of!

Crafty Arts is a fantastic at shop with a wide variety. Any thing from decoupage to clock making, paints to pencils and so much else can be found in this little so if you just look for it. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Highly impressed. Placed an order on Sunday night, processed early Monday morning and I had it in my hands before lunch on Wednesday. I am in Centurion.Product exactly what I wanted, well packed to protect it from damaged.I will most definitely use their services again!

Very well-stocked craft shop.They have a huge variety and good pricing.Staff are helpful too.I found the neodymium magnets that I was looking for everywhere else and couldn't get. They had them.Easy to find and nicely situated in Walmer, easy to get in and out, and sanitizer was provided.

I had the priviledge to visit Crafty Arts about a week ago. This was honestly the most exciting shopping expedition of my life. I visit a few other craft shops in Port Elizabeth, realy nice shops, professional staff, friendly, must admit that, but not so organised that I could stay there to complete my shopping. I recently started with fabric painting after about 10 years of stopping this hobby. The fact that I could buy crisitex fabric paint at Crafty Arts was a bonus for me. What was outstanding at Crafty arts was the way they display their products. I get the impression at the other craft shops that fabric painting is not high on the priority list. The paint was in shelves, no indication on the shelf of the colour of the paint, you have to pick up the bottle and look for the colour on the label. If there is about 5 shades of a brownish colour and you need etc clay, it makes shopping frustrated. The brushes and other necesaties was all in a box at a very small and uncomfortable place. I stop my shopping there and move to Crafty Arts. What an experience. The paint was displayed on a shelf with the colour indicating cleary on the shelf. Brushes was sorted according to their sizes. After half an hour in the shop, sorry that was because of the heat, I've got all my paint and other equipment and R1300.00 later (which was incredibally cheap) I left the shop as a very happy client. Thanks to the staff for their great service, they are friendly, highly professional and even turn the fan on me when they saw I suffer in this warm wheather conditions, so they are caring as well.
