SRU Security

Thank you so much for helping me on Saturday morning! I had my phone stolen through my window and I called SRU, as they patrol the area. I'm not even a client and they were there within 15 minutes, they even called me back and I didn't leave my number!The patrol person got out of the car, spoke to my husband and made sure he got back inside before they drove off!10/10 service and the best people to contact in a crisis. I will recommend them to everyone.

Exceptional service. Had a alarm activation 2am while away. Armed response was at the hous 2minutes later. The ops room kept me informed all the time. They stayed at the premises until we arrived more than an hour later. They did a walk through to make sure the property was secured. The burglars were apprehended and handed over to police. Due to their prompt action no loss was suffered.

I had an incident where I called SRU and the security officer that helped me was awesome and while I was chatting to him he radioed his colleague who came through straight away

Terrible office service. Worst experience!!!! When we complained and asked for better service. We were attacked by the DirectorsWhen you would expect an apology and professional customer service. Instead the directors made the experience even worse. They are accusatory, defensive and honestly just unprofessional. A bunch of wannabe business owners, thinking a title of Director gives them the right to mistreat others. So unfortunate as the men on the ground doing the job are actually really good at their job. So disappointing as if the head is sick eventually the entire body becomes sick too. Do not use them!!
