Horrible communication skills on whatsapp. I have just been trying to obtain information about whether they groom maine voon cats and all they keep on telling me is that they're full and don't take in any more customers right now. I'm not even trying to book. I am JUST trying to understand if they are able to groom my cat. I won't ever consider them just because of their lack of communication.

Excellent and professional service. Thabiso came to groom our little pomeranian and all I can say is Wow! His manner was excellent and calming, he took his time and gave Zeus a real treat, all in the comfort of our home. Would definitely recommend them!

Worst client service ever! I am a long standing client and the service has just gone down the drain. I need to follow up with them re: grooming dates and times, although I already have pre booked dates once a month with them. They will never contact me so I need to follow with them. Groomers are almost always late or the appointment gets cancelled last minute. The owner of the business has a whole list of excuses ready to go every time. I will NOT use their service ever again. Awaiting my refund.

Great service. My dog that can be a little wild manages to sit still for a shave when Woof & Meow come and looks so cute afterwards. They are quick and everything is clean afterwards, and your pet doesn't have to spend hours at the parlour, they are already at home.

Best dog groomers ever!!! I have used other mobile pet groomers an doggy parlours, but none of them compare to Woof & meow, from the owner Angie who is the nicest most friendliest person you will meet to her very professional an friendly staff. My doggies absolutely love their bath time, even though my baby girl has crossed the rainbow bridge she always looked forward to her grooming session.

Expectations have been exceeded. Woof and Meow Mobile Pet Grooming are great. TK is friendly and confident. It is clear he has the right touch, gentle and calming for every situation. Our pup is a nervous little one, but she felt at ease. Definitely recommended.

I am disappointed in the team that groomed my cat. They rushed to get his groom done and finished within 20 minutes and didn’t even inform me that they cut 3 of his claws too short and it caused bleeding. I noticed it on my own as my cat kept continuously licking at his paw. Due to them cutting his claws too short, the blood had dried up on his claws as the team did not try to stop the bleeding. I was forced to take him to the vet TWICE as his claw began to discolour and an infection was being monitored. I did message them to inform them about what they had done and I’d also included pictures. However, my message was read and no response was given.

We’ve used Angie and her team since 2011. Some of her staff has been with her for about the same period which means they get to know the dogs well.Even after moving areas, the service remained exemplary.They are punctual, professional and handle the dogs with care. This is one recommendation that is well deserved.Keep it up Angie. Because you love what you do, it shows in your team.

Fantastic service from a great team. Not only does our dog look great after a grooming, he is also handled with such great care. Very convenient that they come to your house. Rates are very reasonable too!
