This is how a wheel looks after a full wash and cleaning. I am appauled.Booked the car in while in the mall. Only noticed when I arrived home.

Worst car wash in Pretoria East!Gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times. Takes them close to 3 hours every time without it being bussy, and the cars are NEVER clean. Absolutely zero service for the prices they are asking.

Let's put it this way - I asked for a cloth from them and wiped my car seats myself. They took so long I thought it was because they're thorough. I was wrong. Got home and gave the cat a once over myself

Car still dirty on the inside, windscreen has a lot of finger marks and feels like oily substance. Never had a bad experience here, but considering not coming back. Feels like the inside was polished over all the dust and now everything is sticky.

I took my car for a wash. When collecting it had a lot of fine scratches like when a dirty rag was used. I will not in good conscious recommend them or use them again.Edit: Daniel called me the next day in order to help the situation. At least he was willing to set it right. I just do not trust his personnel to do it right and without anymore damage.

Terrible establishment. Each time I've given them a try (due to being so well situated) I've been disappointed by the lack of attention to detail especially with the interior. The last time this happened I was promised a discount on my next wash but when I came back for it the manager rejected it.When I told him I would not get the car wash without the promised discount he told me to leave the parking bays. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Parked car & handed in keys - gentlemen told me it would take 2 hours, went down 2 hours later to find that they forgot about my car. I asked for my keys back - the guy simply handed them to me with no explanation or apology. Won't be using them again.

I asked them to wash my car seats, I think they just poured water and soap on it..It was so soaked it me took 2 days to get all the water and soap out. Didn't even clean the car inside as asked, I had to help then wipe the dash clean..then a lady showed me a spot on the door panel that she could not get off..I rubbed it off with my finger..she tells me..but I don't have nails" Then they still charged me full price!! Poor service...poor qualityI cannot recommend sorry..."
