The staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable - especially pharmacist, Arina Herbst. I cannot thank Arina enough for her kindness, going the extra mile to help me through a painful post-op procedure. Overall, the customer service is outstanding and they are stockists of good quality products and services.

Just had the worst ever experience at M-Kem. Mind you, this is not the first time I had a such an experience at the pharmacy. My wife collects her chronic meds every month from there and there's always an issue. I must however give credit to Brian & Paulus who have been the only ones there that were helpful and managed to sort out my wife's meds in the past. Today my wife was basically embarrassed to the point that she broke down in tears in front of the rest of the customers by Sandra Scheepers, who I believe is some sort of manager. Her tone was condescending and at times out right rude. If I wasn't as focused on my wife's well being as I was I would've probably been just as rude to her as she was to us. My wife also informed me that before Sandra spoke to her, she was informed by another tall blonde pharmacist with glasses that she was welcome to leave and go to a cheaper pharmacy. Sandra further embarrassed us by asking loudly for a cheaper option from one of her colleagues. Needless to say I'm beyond disgusted.

This has been my GO-TO for many (20 plus) years ago. 24/7 open, rain or shine. Staff is always friendly and able to assist. Well done, Mr M. I do believe you have the winning recipe.

Staff is always friendly and professional. They're well informed about goods and services provided. There's always parking which is amazing and it's safe. I did all my baby's vaccinations at the baby clinic as well, the nurses are amazing!

I have been a M-Kem customer for many, many years and the service as always been excellent.I once needed a velcro knee-support and the lady at the orthopaedic section, sat me down and painstakingly explained the different variations of support and actually put it on for me to ensure I do it the correct way.Today, I needed my measurements taken for compression stockings. I was told to wait at the clinic section and had just filled in my details when the lady who would assist me, said I should come into her room.She was amazing. She put my feet on her knee and examined my legs.She asked me some questions and explained to me the difference between category one and two support stockings. I was lucky that they had a pair of stockings in my measurements so I didn’t have to wait for a pair to be made up for me.She then told me to show the cashiers my medical aid card so they could see if the medical aid would pay for it, which they did.The pharmacy has a policy that you cannot take pics of staff or patients without their permission.But I would have loved to show everyone this truly exceptional lady who helped me today. She was so very friendly, so well-informed and helpful and I am so grateful to her.This pharmacy offers so much in the way of health care and and is open 24hours a day. I don’t know of any other pharmacy that offers this.The pharmacy has security guards patrolling the property and this gives customers a sense of feeling safe and secureAs for parking, now that the ground next to the pharmacy has been converted into parking, it is no longer a problem.

Just had a facial by very efficient Lelani at the MKem beauty salon…what a lovely experience it was…such a pleasure to spent 30 minutes in her company and MKem can feel privileged to have someone like her amongst their staff!Thank you very much, i will certainly be back!
