My Geyser burst last year and we didnl a insurance claim through the company, ever since that day we've had continued water pressure issues. I asked the company to come out and check the issue to be told no it's got nothing to do with the installation but a municipal water meter issue. So now after all that I get phoned and told that now I must pay 2 call out fees on top of the that.I still sitting with the issue.Update.I've been contacted by the owner who will come out personally to inspect.
