Quick and easy, and quite affordable!

One of the most neglected aspects of car cleaning/maintenance is the undercarriage or chassis. This needs to take place ideally every 12 to18 months max, and here I was a bit tardy. A lot of gunk and dirt from the road collects here. Over time this can become corrosive and starts eating away at the rubbers, from CV's, steering rack, bushes brake components etc.Unchecked,this can potentially leave one with a unnecessary repair bill over time.I just wanted a basic clean. Not these okes, they do a proper clean and use liberal amounts of degreaser. When they finished the chassis was not only clean but looked as it was driven off the showroom floor, evan the insides of the mags were spotless.Got under the car with a creeper when I got home and checked, they were extremely thorough. The tech was also careful around all the rubbers and connectors. While around R310 might seem a bit pricy, this process took about 40 min and was very labour intensive. Extremely happy with the service, from the book in process to the finished result.

We have been regular Customers of this Car Wash but with full honesty, I will not be using their service again. I have a very bad experience as I took my car to the Car Wash and went to the shops while they were busy inside. Usually when I am done shopping I will find my vehicle parked in the public parking area, but this time it was different. I went to find my car parked somewhere else and when I went inside the shop to get my keys, my keys were not there. It took a while and few managers to tell me that they parked my car across the office and that my keys were in the vehicles in idle, because apparently they had to jump start my car. Coming from an insurance side, this is a VERY big risk as anyone can just climb in my car and drive off and my insurance will not pay for this. There was nobody guarding my vehicle and only to find out that my car was in idle for a full 10min. Needless to say, I feel like they could have waited for me and asked if they can jump start my vehicle and then hand over my keys for me. As I am aware that these days you cannot just jump start the newer vehicles. This business is all about business, which I agree on but in no way looking out for their clients or respecting their client's property. They have lost my respect and business and will not see us again.
