Would never use their services again... Disgusting service. Cracked my windscreen and then tried to say we are liable because we brought the car in at our own risk.... Uhm.. We brought the car for a standard service. Not windscreen repair. They attempted to FIX" a chip on my windscreen even after I advised them against it and then they cracked the whole thing and told us to claim it from our insurance."

Excellent customer service from Automark at Toyota Tokai and in particular Mark Lawrence. As a non-resident buying a used vehicle, it was reassuring to have Mark’s help not only in arranging a test drive and agreeing the sale, but also with the process for the Traffic Register and vehicle registration. All done with the minimum of fuss and regular updates. Oh, the vehicle? A super Urban Cruiser that I’m very shop with for now. But I do have my mind set on a Fortuner…….!

Great experience. The Pre owned division was on point with everything- Johann, Mark, Karen and Bjorn went above and beyond to assist us. They were sincere and we will recommend their division to anyone. Car was delivered the very next day and all the checks were done. First visit today. Very professional service from start to finish. Also received adhoc assistance with regard to an issue not related to the service. Car in by 7.30, dropped off at home by 08.15 and called at 12.00 to say work completed. Well done Toyota Tokai.

Good dealership with great service and good communication by Kerby. However the onsite windscreen repair subcontractor spoil the entire experience. They quoted on the phone for 3 windscreen chips, repaired and duly marked 1 chip and left the worst chip! Shame on you.The remaining chips have now been repaired at my home. Thanks Rachelle!

Take you vehicle to another Toyota service centre. I have had two awful experiences with the services team in the last 2 weeks. No one answer calls or send s you updates. I had to drive to the service centre to follow up on the status of my vehicle as the service agent wasn't bothered to return my calls or take initiative to keep me updated. I complained to the manager Jerome, but it appears no change in behaviour on my last visit

The experience provided by Toyota Tokai was beyond excellent! I felt very at home and even felt like a family member. Salesman were very helpful especially my salesperson Jacqueline who made me feel very welcome, I am 18 years old buying my first car and so she took care of me like a son who's mother took care of everything for her child. She was brilliant and amazing and handled all of my needs and processes when purchasing my vehicle. From viewing to buying, everything was a breeze stress free. Walk in and drive out with a smile is the experience at Toyota Tokai. Would give a 10 star rating but 5 should do it!
