On May 3rd 2022, I purchased furniture from Joy Furniture in Pretoria , I gave a deposit on R54.000 and was promised delivery in July 2022.Two months later, it has not arrived. I contacted customer service department on August 30, September 22, October 3, and October 20th. On each of those occasions, a customer service representative assured me that the furniture is en route from their supplier.I then asked that my money be refunded since they don’t have a definite date of delivery. Joy Furniture customer service representative told me that it is not store policy to refund my money and once the order is received they will advertise the furniture and only if they find a new buyer, will they process the refund.I then contacted SA Consumer Complaints from 153 Elizabeth Street,Wonderboom,Pretoria to assist with my dispute. I submitted all my documents and emails from Joy Furniture to SA Consumer.At one point I thought I needed to get lawyers involved, however SA Consumer Complaints helped. They appointed Len to assist me. Len was proactive, prompt and very professional in his conduct. I received a full refund without the help of lawyers.Thank you Len for your high level of professionalism every step of the way and protecting my rights as a consumer.

i experience a very poor service from Cecil working from FnB credit card team, was doing a follow up with regard of my credit he didn't bother by listening to my request he said i must call tomorrow to do a follow, this is a very poor service from fnb, i don't see myself being their client again.

Such a pleasure dealing with ACDC fourways. We took in our faulty inverter/battery and Jared was so helpful. Fixed our inverter which had badly burnt cables. Even charged the batteries for us.So professional and helpful.Highly recommend this company.

Good service but room for improvement

TRAILACC ROODEPOORTI would like to commend Matthew Mulder for the service I received when purchasing 2 new Canopy back window shock absorbers last Saturday. Matthew is very knowledgeable and installed both quickly and efficiently. He gave me a good price and did not charge a bank charge when I paid by credit card. I highly recommend Trailacc Roodepoort who have a great supply of stock as well.Trailacc Roodepoort was recommended by Beekmans Canopies. I will be back.Thank you,Ivan
