They fixed a very old clock for my wife. Changed from plugging it into the wall in to battery operated. Just incredible service.

Great shop and lots of knowledge

I have a Rolex bubble back from 1946, over the years the axis of the selfwinding rotor had broken. On a visit to Knysna, I discovered the Time Machine store more by accident. There I talked to Bertrand, a nice, very competent old school watchmaker. One feels immediately that he loves his job. I asked him to repair the watch because I had full confidence in him from the first moment. The repair took 6 weeks and he sent me the watch to Cape Town. My bubble back looks like new. The glass has been replaced and the watch is in perfect condition again. If someone has a broken watch that is close to his heart, he is at the right place at Bertrand. I can recommend Time Machine 100%.

Our old Garrad mantle piece clock was restored to its original glory by Time Machine. A video with the clock chiming was sent to the extended family who knew the clock from way back and were delighted that it has been restored, while it also brought back so many memories of their childhood.
