Terrible service. Took 8 business days (12 calendar days) to receive documents couriered from Rustenburg to Pretoria.Said there is nothing they can do, yet after I threw my toys out of the cot they immediately did everything they were supposed to do previously.Only reason they are getting 1 star is because I can't give a rating of 0 stars.

Brilliant and efficient legal service. Bond registration and transfer was such a simple process.

VDT Attorneys did the transfer of a property from a deceased estate of which I am an executor and an individual under curatorship. The parties were clear from inception. The process was badly handled with repeated occurrences of typing errors and incorrect dates inserted by secretaries. It appeared as if the conveyancer responsible for the matter left it to secretaries and did not review documents. Numerous documents had to be re-executed as a result of repeated mistakes by the firm. At one stage we were asked to backdate documents (!) --- I remain distinctly uncomfortable with this request.The agreement of sale provided that the purchasers are jointly and severally responsible for all the costs of registration...and [the costs] of any other nature payable to the conveyancing attorneys... including their fees..."The conveyancer
