They change the SARS Efiling systems randomly (that's actually working fine) then these new systems have problems. Try to fix the problem - agents just tell you that they will escalate" the problem. Nothing ever gets solved whether it's normal queries or problems with the efiling system. I'm a tax Practitioner and sometimes I wish I wasn't due to service

Not bad at all. The wait was quick. They sanitizer hectically and all the tine. Very helpful and received all the help I can except. Being kind and polite gets you far. Well done guys

Extremely pleased, very helpful staff, and not much waiting time, within 1 hour my irp5 was sorted and it turned out sars owed me a bit of money which I received just 2 days later, well done guys!

The receptionist called Tasha/Natasha/Tash at SARS Benoni has no care in the universe. Very rude to people and misleading to us taxpayers!!!! Imagine how many people have to turn around at the door to far destinations because of her incompetence!!!!!As opposed to the the calm mananger Vusi and the assitant Jonathan Nagal who was clear and concise address me like a normal human being.Please deal with Tash the receptionist at the Benoni branch, this is affecting a lot of lives!!!I've been coming to this SARS for the past few years and always have dealt with Jonathan who was super excellent each time, he knows what he's doing there unlike Tash!

The location is changed, I spent almost the whole day looking for the new location, when I got there I was told to make an appointment, there was no one in the office but I still had to make an appointment

SARS office address is totally wrong. They havent been in Howard Street for a very long time. Satellite office now in Lakeside Mall, next to JAM retail store close to Dischem and Centre Management
