Communication with confronts lacking. I had to call numerous times. When I mentioned it to the lady working there, she told me she left a message for me. I went through my phone records and messages, and there were none. I'm really disappointed

Poor service. Poor worksmanship.Required several followups to get my broken printer back after several weeks.Merlin could not find the printer in his garage. He also misplaced the extension tray for the printer and gave me one he found which he said was definately mine. The printer had rat/mouse urine inside it both trays.I took the broken printer to another place that did a proper investigation and found they had quoted to replace parts that were not broken. The electical engineer remarked that it appeared to him that the printer had not even been opened.I had also purchased a refurbished printer from them in the mean time as i needed a printer urgently. That also gave issues so i had to take it back to get that fixed.On the customer service side...Merlin's words of I know what your kind is like" have stuck with me several months on.Merlin is unable to admit when he is wrong and refused to appologise for the lack of communication or trouble his company caused.He professed to be a Christian but his values and actions do not match up."

Friendly staff, efficient service.

Whilst they charge an assessment fee, when they saw that the printer was very old and it would not be a viable proposition to assess and repair the fee was returned without question.Thank you very much for your honest assessment.

Very unprofessional. Handed in my printer just before lockdown in March 21. I could not collect when it was ready due to personal circumstances and then they sold it without contacting me to confirm if I still wanted the printer back. The printer I inherited from my uncle so it had serious personal value to me. They have my email and cell number but never contacted me. Now they tell me they have a sign in their office saying they can sell after two months. Nobody made me aware of that sign at all. I will never ever use or recommend this company as their customer service as up to zero.

When I started explaining and questioning what was wrong with my printer and mentioned that I have read on forums that if the drum is the issue, the printer will tell you that it is the drum.His amazing answer was seeming you know so much. I give Printer Doctor 5/5 for their transparency and honesty. I brought my printer for the first to be fixed. They are so friendly and professional.

Logged a call on Wednesday and technician was with us on Thursday. He took time and trouble over our printer and it is working like a bomb now. Thank you for the excellent service. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent service. Dropped off two printers - one, my workhorse; two, a printer that has not worked for a while and which I suspected had a damaged printhead and assembly. My workhorse was delivered in perfect condition, serviced, cleaned and bubble-wrapped at a very good price. They confirmed my suspicions on the second printer as well.Highly recommended - service is excellent and prices are reasonable - not a combination that you find easily.
