Poor quality stitching and took 2 months to get a replacement. And then the replacement was the wrong mattress!

Just stay away! Not worth the struggle to purchase anything here. Poor Quality and after sales in a joke.Purchased a sleeper couch. Less than a month stitching came loose. Informed the shop and they stated that they will order a replacement and that delivery/collection will be free as this is a defective item.Got called to arrange delivery but was too busy to give an answer and sent them an email later that day just too be informed that they do not have stock again because the second batch also had defects and will contact me when they got new stock. New stock arrived the company then they decided to try to get me to cover the costs of replacement. I refused because if the replacement couch has a defect I would then have to travel again up and down to replace it.I assumed this was a good deal as it was purchased on Black Friday" sale. Which is just a scam as I went there to get answers and the couch was advertised for the exact same price.Going to return for refund as I can not trust the items to last."

Apalling service. Poor communication !!! Apathetic, listless service!!! Delivery fee is absurd. Wrong amount credited. No transparency. No official documentation. Expected.l me to pay driver without invoice. Staff needs proper training

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Really pathetic service! If you can even call it service. Been walking in the store almost 15min now and not even can we help you or anything. Also no knowledge about the mattresses when asking for recommendations. Rather pay more and get better service from some other company.
