I have nothing pleasant to say about this company or their staff. I am sure they scour the country to find the most oboxious people to employ. They bully, are rude, pushy, and generally very unpleasant and the products are not that good either. I would advise people not to deal with them.

This has to be the biggest scam of a company ever! DO NOT deal with these people, they are Rude, Pushy and Conniving. My account was closed in 2018 after some serious and vulgar phone calls. I was Contacted yesterday and they're claiming that I am still outstanding toners and the account is not closed. Yes! 3 Years later and I am still subjected to the harassment this company condones its employees to carry out. Luckily I have a signed letter from them from 2018 stating that the account is up to date and has been closed. I Honestly cannot understand how this business is still operational. There must be some higher authority body that they can be reported to. Surely their business method and attitude is unethical! They have no values!

This company is downright criminal. They threaten you with legal action if you don't keep purchasing from them.

Unprofessional, unsolicited direct sales person called me. I don't appreciate the way he spoke to me. I will not do business with this company.

Do not ever use this company! Their service and pit bull telesales team are despicable to deal with. Their marketing and sales model is appalling and one off theft. They sell you your first order of ink cartridges and then there after continually call to push further deliveries on you. If you reject they threaten legal action and insist you take additional orders as the first order price was offered on the premise of multiple orders. There telesales team is extremely pushy, forceful and aggressive and down right unpleasant to deal with. Never order from Stratus office consumables.

DO NOT ever order from these people! Terrible and rudest people EVER to dwell this earth!

A consultant called our office and I explained we are a smaller team and dont print much at all but after some convincing that they were the cheapest which they are not I said its ok I will order a catridge,Biggest mistake of my lifeNow I was told about a contractThat I should be receiving more toners and never ends with these guys and they are so rude especially a guy named Kenny he threatens you,shouts at you how do we report them

Pretty much what others are saying here....don't stop harassing you claiming that you have an order that needs to be delivered. Don't know how they are still in business

NEVER accept a delivery from this company. They take it as an open invitation to send further print cartridges every month and when you try and cancel these they say they have recorded conversations of you ordering the cartridges and you have to take them. They send un-genuine cartridges, not legitimate HP cartridges at the same price that legitimate cartridges cost and refuse to take them back.
