This company strives not to supply a service, the internet service is off 50% of the time and it takes days for them to solve. Really I would not recommend them even to my enemy! My account no is VENA01

It is very disappointing to have to wait for a 2 months just to have the WiFi installed (still waiting). I had to call several times and had false promises made.University applications are opening soon please be in khalavha before the end of this week.

Very disappointed with the supposedly first service for installation in Makhado. The standard and commitment on the Application is not met. No one calls to apologies nor offer excuses. I had to make three calls in different days to finally secure a Technician who does not even know when the installation will be made, because Head Office instructed them to attend to repairs first.So it is possible that my installation may well occur in 2022? Judging by a long list of repairs and maintenance? How reliable and effective is Letaba's after sales service amd The Technical Connectivity Wireless Service itself?
