I have had singularly pedestrian service from this company. I asked for a price on windmills for a tender for 14 units 2 days ago and have received nothing, not even a phone call back. I tried phoning the Bloemfontein branch and the phone doesn't work. Since then I have a complete price list on windmills including an installation and training offer, an offer for a distributorship and a follow up call from the opposition within 4 hours of the first contact.We will see if Incledon's wants to deal with a reputable and preferred company in the next 2 days. Rather disappointed so far.
