Average atorneys. They did the transfer of a property we purchased.Conveniently located and also open till quite late on many days to accommodate people who can't make it in the day.Staff are not that friendly though, so this was disappointing. We normally encountered very friendly people at atorneys but it wasn't the case here.

Highly efficient and customer oriented. We have used them twice to handle property related work and have not yet been dissatisfied.

Unfortunately I cannot give these attorneys more than 2 stars.They were slow, and had no idea how to handle an investment apartment sale - documented the property as our primary residence.A simple sale with an approved bond from the purchaser and a paid-up bond on our side took four months to settle!!They also had no idea how to work with a single home loan facility such as Absa Private One. It took a lot of effort to explain that there was more than one property in the bond and even after all the explanations, these attorneys still paid the funds from the sale into the bond account - after numerous confirmations that the bond was cancelled and there were no funds outstanding.Even our surname was spelled wrong on the notification letters to council14 days after registration I still have no final accountVery poor quality work, inexperienced or totally overwhelmed staffI won't recommend using them
