This place deserves a 200% for customer service and quality. i have shopped around and by after dealing with 4 different suppliers i decided to take my trailer from Jikelele, Reason being the staff are well trained and the knowledge of the products is outstanding. This is a 100% Women owned company and i have dealt directly with the Director and she is outstanding and gave me TIME and the best advise with regards to what vehicle i need to pull the trailer, something i would have never thought of. She went the extra mile to understand my application and advised what pumps etc i need. DO not compare them to other trailer companies because you are not just a number and they treat you like your business is valued. The Diesel trailer i purchased is so well made and quality is outstanding. I would defiantly recommend them if you want quality over quantity in service and product.
