The lead time is also good, I received my parcel on the expected date which is impressive. Aaah I soooo wanted to like Volures hair. Service so friendly and responsive. First hair I ordered 6 months ago was Utip curly. The hair came beautifully packaged. But alas, from the moment I removed it from packaging i saw hair shedding. I hoped at the time it was just a minor issue. The hair strands were also very thin. 0.5grams. At R3000 including postage, for 100 i was disappointed..Unfortunately the shedding escalated. Every time I brushed my hair, I ended with a bush on my brush.Jill was very apologetic and blamed the hair loss on the fact that hair was curly.She sent me 50 additional pieces to make up for my loss.I did ask her for a deep wave, as the curls of previous order was a little too tight.My hair arrived and they were straight! No curl! I had them installed 2 weeks ago.Never even took previous ones out as most had fallen out leaving only glue bits behind.Now I see same shedding with new hair.Not as bad but still alarming.It's such a pity.I did message Jill again about the new hair.That she knew I have hair that's curly and still sent straight hair. She did not reply.ontop of it, the NEW batch is shedding too! Alarmingly! its been 2 weeks and every day i can pull out batches of strands from the ends of my hair!!I did not message again to report on new batch shedding. since on whatsapp she never bothered to respond to my complaint that i specifically, in writing, asked for CURLY hair and got straight!!PS: NOTICE that review tab is absent from their FB page :(.
