PostNet Somerset West

I am disappointed with the service I got today. The lady who assisted me, was not focused. First if all I never got a notification of my very important document. Secondly, I was given the wrong parcel by her. I did not check it at the counter because it was scanned and I was asked to sign for it . When I got to my car, i checked the name and saw it was fir a doctor, i immediately took it back and unfortunately i did not even get an apology. NOTHING! I will not make use of that branch again!

We done the finger prints here and we told them to send the results into in our email it been 2 weeks now and i forcing us to have it as hard copy while we needs them in email and we given the email again the kept saying the sent email but nothing to our side , it seems like the have lack of knowledge am not referring to their service

They have send the parcel to tbe wrong Postnet after I have given them to full address. Not happy.

I've used this store a good number of times and have had a similar experience every time: there's a bit of a jumbled queue with customers standing around and standing at the counter, and I'm not sure when I can expect to be served, nor whether I am in a queue, nor whether I've been noticed. Even when I know it has to be my turn and I stand at the counter, there's no indication from the staff, who are focused on a computer screen or a printer, whether or when they are coming over to assist me. Then, when I am served, there's very little communication from the staff, I'm not sure what is going on; there are just a lot of long, awkward moments, and the staff seem to be serving me begrudgingly. Other PostNets, like Hermanus, are on-the-ball and appear to love their work and help me happily and promptly, greeting me as I enter the store, asking how they can help, etc, so, I don't know what's going on with the Somerset West branch, or if I have just had the bad luck to pick a bad day every time.

I was needing a criminal record verification for work. They use a system called Huru. I can get my fingerprints taken at most PostNets and my employer can check I am who I say I am, and that I don't have a crimal record. This service is so quick and easy. A few minutes later, I have all my details scanned and on the Huru database. Ready for verification.Such a great help in the process of getting cleared for work.

Not happyThe service was quick, but I was disappointed when I got my print. The colour was HEAVILY DESATURATED and they didn't even make the effort to apologise.It was my first canvas print and they could have at least warned me that I would lose colour, but they are clearly a print shop that's only about making money and not making their client happy. Definitely won't use them again.Attached is a photo of the print and the original photo on my phone
