I went to Romans NTN Centre and ordered 2 pizzas. One Vegetarian minus the tomatoes and extra pepperdew. Couldn't obviously swop the two. Anyway the other a three cheeses pizza. I waited and waited. Pizza was prepared but nobody bothered to let me know the other was done. When I got home I was furious to find that the tomatoes were smiling at me and the pizza was now cold. As we know reheated pizzas is just not the same. All the Cashier could say was sorry as she had made my order as an order for collection. Wasn't impressed at all.

When trying to place an order on the 10/04/2023, we received extremely bad service. The teller kept cutting the call and was very rude.We are very dissapointed as we order at least twice a week from the Lenasia South Romans.You have to constantly repeat your order and this has become the norm at this store.The Tellers and staff at the back appear to get very entertained when you go inn and complain. They forget that it's our support as customers that pays their salaries.The atmosphere is almost, if not worst than our local Government Offices and remember this is suppose to be a food outlet.Think twice before calling to place an order, especially if you have kids as you might be very dissapointed.

The level of service was horrible they were not smiling staff nor did they greet. Furthermore they gave us the incorrect order and honestly usually romans has a standard of checking their pizza by the franschise laws. However this was not done this post doesn't even deserve one star. Terribly dissatisfied.

5 Star rating for worst service ever.Tried calling to place a order for collection and the phone just rings for over 20 minutes.... I get to the store with like 3 customers waiting.. I ask the guy at the counter if there is a problem with the phone he says no they don't answer the phone when they busy. But there is literally only 3 people waiting. Then I get told there is only thin base and when I reach home I come to find the pizza does not even have a base... Absolute waste of my money!! I will drive abit further and make use of other fast foods instead

I haven't had many bad reviews about Roman's, this was no exception. Their pizza was fresh, hot and well sized. No complains here. Keep it up guys.

Very, very rarely queue for take aways. Normally phone, work around their estimated time, Rock up, pay, pick up and walk out. I find their Fetaroni to be the best. Be careful of the chillies though. Whilst you will enjoy the burn when eating, you may need to do a handstand under a cold shower in the morning.

They will never see me again!They advertised 2 for one but suddenly it was Monday to Wednesday but three posters boldly proclaimed every till 15 September 2021!!The staff is dimissive bordering onto rudeness.Called the franchisee, he couldnt care less!

Yooh the staff there are so horrible. Gossip about clients. Just left now I am a Zulu woman. The start was talking about this Indian woman who was buying , very nasty about her weight in Zulu of course the poor woman couldn't understand she kept on smiling. No one pays attention to the orders. When mine was ready I could see since it was just a pizza pie. I waited to be called No one did they were busy on their phones lying on the counter top.with their chest which I always thought it's not allowed. I walk to them gave my slip without a word I was given my food I left. The manager sure is as bad they are you can't work with such rude staff and say you don't know. Disgusting attitudes sis
