I did Level 1 - 3 recently.This was an excellent course. Never a dull moment and Martin was excellent!!!Everything was well prepared and it was organised.Would definitely recommend it.

When we arrived, all were helpful and friendly. The trainer Martin were so alive and made sure that the training were exited and bare no moment to fall a sleep, hehehehe Beautiful place as well. Would recommend some nibble sweets/mints wile giving training. :D

I did my Fire Fighter training 1 and 2 last year May 2021. I learned a lot am a qualified Fire Fighter through Emcare Training Academy.

It is the second first aid course besides fire warden courses I have attended with other delegates from my organisation. From the very first time I have dealt with her, her service has been exemplary. She is professional, friendly and her feedback prompt. Being from a background where I presented training workshops on customer service, her service delivery is outstanding. I had a very good experience at EMCARE when I did my FirstAid Level 3 course.The explanation of the course content was done in a easy and understandable way.The demonstrations were also done in a clear and understandable way.The presenter was also friendly and helpfull.I would recommend EMCARE to anyone.

Had an amazing experience with EMCARE, friendly and reliable staff and they made us feel welcome. We have done two training sessions with them and was happy both times. We also received our certificates very soon after our training. I would highly recommend them!
