Don't ever take your car to this place. The manager is a rude, arrogant person that takes no accountability. Has an attitude even when he knows he is wrong. We ordered tyres online and were told to come through today to fit them in. Upon arrival, the manager informed us that he sold our tyres. He was not apologetic and took no accountability and actually walked away from us saying there's nothing he can do. Pathetic management!!!

Great service and good prices. After sales queries were handled smoothly and efficiently resolved. Give them a try. Extra big bonus is free tyre insurance for all makes of tyres irrespective how many new tyres you buy. Waiting area has vending machine, complimentary coffee/teas/water and free popcorn.

I enjoying dealing with this Hi-Q, always serving coffee by the sweetest lady there and the staff are always pleasant both workshop and front staff. The front staff always try their best in helping you and willing to offer great prices. Definitely recommend this branch to anyone!

Nearly lost a wheel and possibly my life because of some mechanic's negligence at this place. When I left there, my car would start vibrating at 40-80km/h. Turns out a wheel, that wasn't even supposed to be worked on, had it's nuts loosened and never tightened again. This is reckless endangerment, negligence, and business malpractice.
