INCOMPETENCE:After a run about and trying to gather information I need with slow or NO responses.Llewellyn had shown misdirected aggression towards me due to lack of communication FROM LDR Engines.Not to mention his ill trained face value liason and disrespect towards a client.Further more,having the phone slammed down on me and childishly blocked.I am WELL aware of general company terms however I take note of written liason from senior representatives via email providing conflicting information.When questions are raised you get sarcastic remarks thrown at you and refusal to represent LDR engines as ONE entity with the excuse of different owners per branch" highlighting a change in terms of service and offerings.The Integrity is now questioned!They show no issue to have a "F you" attitude when TRYING to deal with their messy and unprofessional internal procedures that aggravate and delay you as a client.I am being pushed Cape to Cairo to have a simple request finalised."

I am appalled at the service received from these guys, absolutely unprofessional and downright disrespectful of their customers.They don't even deserve a one star rating.Delivered incorrect engine and failed to swop it for an entire month. Recently did the swop with an incomplete engine with numerous faults to boot.I have subsequently asked them for a refund via email and WhatsApp but they do not acknowledgment my correspondence.Do yourself a favor and never do business with these guys.
